I'm a strong, tactful, and thorough communicator, and people like working with me. Chances are pretty good that you will, too.
Over fifteen years, I've worked as a print tech, graphic designer, art director, and vice president of branding and creative. I've been the director and the directed—simultaneously—in a fast-paced, high-growth corporate environment. Quite successfully, I might add.
With my last ClearCorrect position, I led the production of more than 600 deliverables per year, sometimes working with as many as ten vendors at once, plus two in-house designers. We worked to meet the needs of a global salesforce of thousands, serving customers in over 60 countries.
I've worked directly with vendors and teammates in 18 countries and created materials that translated into 13+ languages. I've crammed a lifetime of perspectives, cultures, and concerns into the last decade of my career.
Zach truly understands how to align and motivate creatives and marketers alike, while also maintaining a level of excellence and detail in all things creative that is unparalleled.

Zach is not just a creative force, and an amazing human, but his professionalism while still being personable is something I greatly admire in a VP. He approached his work with dedication and maintained a high standard of quality. He's a reliable and personable stakeholder, and communication with Zach is a breeze, making collaboration seamless and enjoyable every time.

Maryam Bukhari
Global Marketing Specialist, ClearCorrect
Early on, I had the benefit of being the only designer at a small company, which afforded me the opportunity to take on lots of different types of work and hone many very different skills. And, as the company grew, and my responsibilities expanded, my hands-on skills continued to grow as well.

In the age of YouTube, one needn't "sweat the software;" any minor gap in know-how can be overcome in no time. Soft skills, though, have to be learned and honed with time, experience, and self-awareness. By working with a lot of different people in many different capacities, as well as completing various management training courses, I’ve been fortunate enough to have been given the opportunity to sharpen many of these.
